A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT CERTAIN
DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED "THE 1999 AMENDMENTS
TO THE TAX CODE OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA":AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
That certain document entitled "THE 1999 AMENDMENTS TO THE TAX CODE OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION", three copies of which are on file in the office of the city
clerk,is hereby declared to be a public record and said copies are ordered to
remain on file with the city clerk.
SECTION II DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
It is necessary for the preservation of peace,health and safety of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that this resolution become effective immediately,an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this resolution shall be effective
immediately upon passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Mayor and Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,this 7TH day of OFCFMRFR ,1999.
