A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA.ACCEPTING DEDICATIONS OF LAND TO THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,INCLUDING PORTIONS OF FIFTEEN PARCELS IDENTIFIED UNDER PINAL
COUNTY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 100-30-027,101-02-071B,101-02-071A,
101-02-073,101-02-074,101-02-077.101-02-078,101-13-060,101-13-
061A.101-13-107B,101-15-020,101-15-025,101-15-027,101-15-055,AND
101-15-056.
WHEREAS,as part of the street improvement plan of the City,Ironwood Drive
and Superstition Boulevard are in need of extensive expansion;and
WHEREAS,to further these public improvement projects,the City must obtain
certain sections of right-of-way along Ironwood Drive and along Superstition
Boulevard;and
WHEREAS,each property owner ("property owner")of the property in question
has agreed to dedicate to the City of Apache Junction ("City")the property
legally described in the attached deeds:and
WHEREAS,and the City desires to accept such dedications for public purposes:
WHEREAS,each property owner acknowledges that such property being dedicated
is free of all liens or encumbrances,and is authorized by other interested
parties of record holding any and all liens and encumbrances;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that the City hereby accepts the dedication of land
as evidenced by all appropriate documents executed by the Mayor.a copy of
which shall be filed by the City Clerk in the Pinal County Recorder's Office.

DEED OF PARTIAL RELEASE AND PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
Beneficiary
WHEREAS, an indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by FREDERIC HARTONO and
YULIA HARTONO, husband and wife, Trustor, to IMPERIAL CREDIT INDUSTRIES, INC., a
California Corporation, Trustee, dated September 26, 1996, was recorded on October 3, 1996, as
Fee No. 1996-033291 in the Records of Pinal County; and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN PACIFIC THRIFT &LOAN, a California Corporation is the Beneficial
interest in said Deed of Trust; AND THEREAFTER, further assigned to LASALLE BANK, NA, as
TRUSTEE for the Holders of the J. P. MORGAN COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS -THROUGH
CERTIFICATES SERIES 1997-SPTL-C1; and MIDLAND LOAN SERVICES, INC. IS THE
MASTER SERVER for the Trustee pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1,
1997.
WHEREAS, a portion of the indebtedness has been satisfied.NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the
provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes 33-707.A which make it unnecessary for the Trustee to join in
this document, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust does hereby release and reconvey, without
covenant or warranty, express or implied, unto the parties legally entitled thereto all rights, title and
interest, which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust, for the benefit of the
Beneficiary, in and to that portion of the property legally described in Exhibit "A"and depicted in
Exhibit "B"attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by Trustee
under the terms thereof, and, as provided therein, this Partial Reconveyance does not affect the personal
liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured thereby.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, Beneficiary has executed this Deed of Partial Release and Partial

Beneficiary
WHEREAS, an indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DANIEL MARK PETHERICK
and RHONDA JOYE PETHERICK, husband and wife as joint tenants, Trustor, to FOUNDERS
TITLE COMPANY, Trustee, dated October 5, 1988, was recorded on November 4, 1988, as Docket
1565, Page 648 in the Records of Pina1 County, Arizona; and
WHEREAS, DAVID N. SPENCER and GLADYS V. SPENCER, husband and wife, as joint tenants
are the Beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust; and, THEREAFTER, the beneficial interest in said deed
of Trust was assigned to CHARLES M. PETHERICK and JOANNE M. PETHERICK dated March
13, 1997, and was recorded on March 17. 1997, as Fee No. 1997-008704 in the records of Pinal
County, Arizona.
WHEREAS, a portion of the indebtedness has been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes 33-707.A which make it
unnecessary for the Trustee to join in this document, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust does
hereby release and reconvey, without covenant or warranty, express or implied, unto the parties legally

Beneficiary
WHEREAS, an indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JEROME P. HALLAH_AN,
husband of Mary E. Hallahan as his sole and separate property and CRAIG E VAN SICKLE, husband
of Vicki Lyn Van Sickle, as his sole and separate property, Trustor, to TITLE INSURANCE
COMPANY OF MINNESOTA, Trustee, dated January 23, 1985, was recorded on February 15, 1985
as Docket 1268, Page 596 in the Records of Pinal County; and
WHEREAS, GEORGE R. GETS and ALICE L. GEIS, are the Beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust;
and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the indebtedness has been satisfied
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes 33-707.A which make it
unnecessary for the Trustee to join in this document, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust does
hereby release and reconvey, without covenant or warranty, express or implied, unto the parties legally
entitled thereto all rights, title and interest, which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said
Deed of Trust, for the benefit of the Beneficiary, in and to that portion of the property legally described
in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B"attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by Trustee under the
terms thereof, and, as provided therein, this Partial Reconveyance does not affect the personal liability
of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured thereby.
