A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD AND ADOPTING THOSE
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK ENTITLED,"THE
CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000 -2001" AND "THE COMPENSATION
SCHEDULE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000 -2001";AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA:
SECTION 1 DECLARING A PUBLIC RECORD
That certain documents entitled,"Classification Plan for Fiscal Year 2000 -
2001"(Attachment A) and "Compensation Schedule for Fiscal Year 2000 -2001"
(Attachment B),three copies of which are on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,are hereby declared to be a
public record,and said copies are ordered to remain on file with said City
Clerk.
SECTION I I ADOPTION OF PLAN AND SCHEDULE
That certain documents entitled."Classification Plan for Fiscal Year 2000
2001"and "Compensation Schedule for Fiscal Year 2000 -2001"are hereby
adopted,referred to and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this
Resolution.
SECTION III EMERGENCY CLAUSE
Be it further resolved,i t being for the preservation of the peace,health,
and safety of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that this Resolution
become effective immediately,an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
