WHEREAS,to further public improvement ,projects,the City must obtain certain sections of right-of-way along Broadway Avenue.Ironwood Drive,Superstition Boulevard.Ocotillo Drive,Saguaro Drive,Phelps Drive.and Southern Avenue: and -WHEREAS,each property owner (-property owner -)of the property in question has agreed to dedicate to the City of Apache Junction ("City")the property legally described in the attached deeds:and WHEREAS,and the City desires to accept such dedication for public purposes: WHEREAS.each property owner acknowledges that such property being dedicated is free of all liens or encumbrance.,-.and as authorized by other interested parties of record holding any and all liens and encumbrances:and NOW. -THEREFORE.BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache.Arizona.that the City hereby accepts the dedication of land as evidenced by an appropriate document executed by the Mayor,a copy of which shall be filed by the City Clerk in the Recorder's Office of Pinal County, PASSED AND ADLOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER .2001.
