A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLAT FOR COYOTE RUN SUBDIVISION,CASE SD -6-98.BY HERSHEL E.
WILSON.
WHEREAS,the subdivider in Case SD -6-98 proposes to subdivide 5 gross
acres in the Northwest Quarter area of Section 28.Township One North.Range
Eight East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache Junction.
Pinal County.Arizona,into fourteen (14)residential lots pursuant to
Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.),Title 9.Chapter 4,Article 6.2,and
pursuant to the Apache Junction City Code,Volume II.Land Development Code.
Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations:and
WHEREAS,the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission held a
public hearing regarding the preliminary plat for SD -6-98 on February 23.
1999,and recommended approval of SD -6-98 by a vote of 6-0:and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council of Apache Junction held a public
hearing regarding the preliminary plat for SD -6-98 on May 4.1999,and
approved said preliminary plat,per Resolution No.99-17.by a vote of 7 to
0:and
WHEREAS.on May 21.2002,the Mayor and City Council re -adopted the
preliminary plat for SD -6-98 (as i t had expired)per Resolution No.02-11 by
a vote of 7 to 0 :and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council finds this final plat to be
consistent with the "Medium Density Residential"designation of the Apache
Junction General Plan:and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed subdivision to be in
compliance with the Apache Junction City Code.volume II,Land Development
Code,Chapter 1,Zoning Ordinance,and the Apache Junction City Code,Volume
II,Land Development Code.Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations:and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed final plat for SD -6-98,
Coyote Run Subdivision,is in substantial compliance with the approved
preliminary plat.

NOW.THEREFORE.BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
I)The final subdivision plat for Coyote Run Subdivision is hereby
approved.
2)Staff is directed pursuant to A.R.S.§9-463.01(J)to record the
final plat with the Pinal County Recorder and to collect the final
plat recording fee from the subdivider and remit such amount to the
Pinal County Recorder.
