A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ACCEPTING A DEDICATION OF LAND TO THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION IDENTIFIED UNDER PINAL COUNTY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 101-04-
001.
WHEREAS,to further public improvement projects,the City must obtain certain
sections of right-of-way along the alignment of Gregory Street between
Meridian Drive and Pinal Drive;and
WHEREAS,the property owner ("property owner")of the property in question
has agreed to dedicate to the City of Apache Junction ("City") the property
legally described in the attached deed:and
WHEREAS.and the City desires to accept such dedication for public purposes;
and
WHEREAS,the property owner acknowledges that such property being dedicated
is free of all liens or encumbrances,and as authorized by other interested
parties of record holding any and all liens and encumbrances.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction,Arizona,that the City hereby accepts the dedication of land
as evidenced by an appropriate document executed by the Mayor,a copy of
which shall be filed by the City Clerk in the Recorder's Office of Pinal
County.

JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER ,2002.
