A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLAT FOR THE MOUNT/UN VISTA VILLAS,CASE SD -4-03,BY KENNETH
SHEWMAKE,ON BEHALF OF SPECTRE WEST BUILDERS CORPORATION.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction Subdivision Committee held a
public hearing regarding the final subdivision plat for Indian Summer
Condominiums,case number SD -3-82,on December 8,1982,and recommended
approval of the plat to the City Council;and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction held a public hearing regarding the final subdivision plat for
Indian Summer Condominiums,case number SD -3-82,on September 6,1983.
and approved the plat:and
WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache
Junction held a public hearing regarding the amendment of the final
subdivision plat for Indian Summer Condominiums -Phases 5 and 6,case
number SD -2-02.on January 21,2003,whose amendments are more
thoroughly documented i n Apache Junction City Council Resolution No.
03-01;and
WHEREAS,the owner/developer in case SD -4-03 proposes a second
amendment to the previously approved final subdivision plat of Mountain
Vista Villas,originally approved under case number SD -3-82 as Indian
Summer Condominiums -Phases 5 and 6,and amended under case SD -2-02 by
adding an additional sheet to the plat showing the location of vertical
and horizontal condominium unit boundaries referencing an established
datum;and
WHEREAS,this Council finds this proposed final subdivision plat
amendment to be in compliance with the CR-5/PD (Multi -Family Residence
Zone by Planned Development)zoning on the property,and the Apache
Junction City Code,Volume II,Land Development Code,Chapter 1,Zoning
Ordinance,and the Apache Junction City Code,Volume II,Land
Development Code,Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
RESOLUTION NO.03-18

the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
1)The Final Subdivision Plat of Mountain Vista Villas shall be
amended by adding an additional sheet showing the location of
vertical and horizontal condominium unit boundaries referencing
an established datum in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes
§33-1219(B).
