A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
MONTEREY CASITAS,A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION,IN CASE SD -1-
04,BY RICHARD RANDALL.
WHEREAS,the Sub -divider in Case SD-1-04 proposes to subdivide
2.5 gross acres,legally described as'the .West half of the North half
of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 29,Township 1 North,Range 8 East of the Gila and
Salt River Base and Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona,into ten (10)
residential lots,pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S."),
Title 9,Chapter 4,Article 6.2,and pursuant to the Apache Junction
City Code,Volume II,Land Development Code,Chapter 1,Zoning
Ordinance,Section 15.0400,CR-3 Single Family Residence Zone and
Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations:and
WHEREAS.on June 22.2004,the Planning and Zoning Commission
held a public hearing regarding the preliminary plat for SD -1-04 and
recommended approval of SD -1-04 by a unanimous vote:and
WHEREAS.the Mayor and City Council passed by unanimous vote.
Resolution No.4-14,approving the preliminary plat for SD -1-04:and
_WHEREAS,the City Council finds this preliminary subdivision plat
to be in compliance with the Apache Junction City Code,Volume II,Land
Development Code,Chapter 1,Zoning Ordinance,Section 15.0400,CR-3
Single Family Residence Zone and Chapter 2.Subdivision Regulations.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:
The final subdivision plat for Monterey Casitas be approved,subject to
the following stipulations:
1)The final subdivision plat for Monterey Casitas,Case
SD -1-04.is hereby approved.

2)The Cu] de sac shall be known as Pino Circle.
3)Staff is hereby directed,pursuant to Arizona Revised
Statutes §9-463.01(J),to record the final plat with the
Pinal County Recorder and to collect the final plat
recording fee from the Sub -divider and remit such amount
to the Pinal County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 16TH DAY OF AUGUST ,2005.
