A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
JACOB'S RANCH,A RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION,IN CASE SD -4-04,
BY DAN KAUFFMAN.
WHEREAS,the sub -divider in Case SD -4-04 proposes to subdivide
60 gross -acres legally described as the Northeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter and the North half of the Southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 34,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,of
the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Pinal County,Arizona,into
351 residential lots,pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes.("A.R.S.")
Title 9.Chapter 4,Article 6.2,and pursuant to the Apache Junction
City Code,Volume II,Land Development Code,Chapter 1.Zoning
Ordinance,Section 15.0400,CR-3 Single Family Residence Zone,and
Section 19.0103,Planned Development Zoning District Procedures,and
Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations:and
WHEREAS,on March 22,2004,the Planning and Zoning Commission
held a public hearing regarding the preliminary plat for Case SD -4-04
and recommended approval of Case SD -4-04 by a 5 to 1 vote:and
WHEREAS,to expedite this request,the Mayor and City Council
will consider Resolution No.05-05 at the same meeting in which
Resolution No.04-05 for approval of the preliminary blat is to be
considered:and
WHEREAS the City Council finds this final subdivision plat to be
in compliance with the Apache Junction City Code,Volume II,Land
Development Code,Chapter 1,Zoning Ordinance,Section 15.0400.CR-3
Single Family Residence Zone and Chapter 2,Subdivision Regulations;as
well as with the requirements of Ordinance No.1223.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that:.
The final subdivision plat for Jacob's Ranch be approved,subject
to the following stipulations:

1.The final subdivision plat for Jacob's Ranch,Case
SD -4-04,i s hereby approved.
2.Staff is hereby directed,pursuant to Arizona
Revised Statutes § 9-463.01(J),to record the final
plat with the Pinal County Recorder and to collect
the final plat recording fee from the sub -divider and
remit such amount to the Pinal County Recorder.
