A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC
RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK
AND ENTITLED "THE 2007 AMENDMENTS TO THE TAX CODE OF
THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION"; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Apache Junction, Arizona:
SECTION I DECLARATION OF PUBLIC RECORD
That certain document entitled "The 2006 Amendments to the Tax Code
of the City of Apache Junction", three copies of which are on file
in the office of the city clerk, is hereby declared to be a public
record, and said copies are ordered to remain on file with the city
clerk.
SECTION II DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
The immediate operation of the provision of this resolution is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health or safety,and that an emergency is hereby declared to
exist; and this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, adoption and approval by the mayor and city
council of the City of Apache Junction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, THIS 5TH DAY OF DECEMBER , 2006.
