A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ESTABLISHING THE OFFICIAL LOCATIONS FOR THE
POSTING OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS OF INTEREST TO
THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
WHEREAS,the City of Apache Junction is required under applicable State
law and city code to post public notices,announcements of meetings,
ordinances,resolutions,bid proposals,and all other public documents in three
locations within the City of Apache Junction:and
WHEREAS,it is the intention of the Mayor and City Council to post these
documents in locations where the greatest number of people will have access to
the information contained therein.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,that the three official posting places for the
posting of public documents and other materials of interest to the general
public be identified as:
Apache Junction Multi -Generational Center
1035 N.Idaho Road
Apache Junction,Arizona 85219
Apache Junction City Hall/Magistrate Court Complex
300 E.Superstition Blvd.
Apache Junction,Arizona 85219
Apache Junction Public Library
1177 N.Idaho Road
Apache Junction,Arizona 85219
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER 2007.
