HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 08-09RESOLUTION NO. 08-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING DEDICATIONS OF LAND TO THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION INCLUDING PORTIONS OF FOUR PARCELS IDENTIFIED UNDER PINAL COUNTY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 101-04-006, 103-01-008, 102-11-011A, AND 101-22-007B. WHEREAS,to further public improvement projects,the City must obtain certain sections of right-of-way along West Apache Trail, West 16th Street, Baseline Avenue and Belair Road; and WHEREAS,the property owners ("property owners")of the four parcels identified as Pinal County Assessors parcel numbers 101-04-006,103-01-008,102-11-011A,and 101-22-008B and as legally described in the attached deeds, have agreed to dedicate right-of-way to the City of Apache Junction ("City"); and WHEREAS,the City desires to accept such dedication for public right-of-way purposes; and WHEREAS,the properties being encumbrances,and interested parties encumbrances. property owners acknowledge dedicated are free of all are authorized for dedication of record holding any and all that the liens or by other liens and NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona,that the City hereby accept S the dedication of land as evidenced by a appropriate documents executed by the Mayor,a copy of which shall be filed by the Public Works Department in the Pinal County Recorder's Office.
