A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, DECLARING ITS SUPPORT FOR
SENATE BILL 1261 SPONSORED BY SENATOR NELSON,
PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROVISIONS CONFERRING
AUTHORITY ON UNITS OF GOVERNMENT INCLUDING CITIS AND
COUNTIES TO ENTER PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AMIEEMENTS
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FACILI
PROJECTS.

NOW, THE ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City o Apache Junction, Arizona,that the City hereby
declares its upport for Senate Bill 1261 sponsored by Senator
Nelson,part'cularly with respect to the provisions conferring
authority on units of government including Cities and Counties to
enter publi private partnership agreements for the development of
transporta ion facilities.
