t RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE STATEMENTS AND
E,571MATES OF EXPENSES OF THE APACHE JUNCTION STREET
LIGHTING IMPROVE114ENT DISTRICTS, WHICH SHALL CONSTITUTE
HE BUDGETS OF THE € ISTRICTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024,
WHEREAS, the provisions of A.R.S. § 48-616 require tr the
governing body to levy taxes upon all property in municipal street
lighting improvement districts ("Districts") to pay the annual
expenses f said District,; and
WHEREAS, the governing ody of the municipaiity shalt heats
annual statements and estimates of the expenses of the Districts,
which shall be providedfor by that levy and collection of ad
l r nk taxes upon the assessed value of all the real. and personal
property in the Districts; and
WHEREAS, the mayor zee unc it desire to adopt fiscal year
2024 final budget for the Districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, FPS IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY NCIL
OF THE CITY OF APACE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS :
The Statement and Estimates Expenses of the City of Apache
Junction Street Lighting Improvement Districts for Fiscal
Year 2024, attached hereto and ir"icorporated herein as Exhibit
"A", is hereby adopted.
S The Statement, and Estimates of Expenses of the tiny of Apache
Juncti-on Street Lighting Improvement Districts is sufficient
to cover the purchase of energy,
S The city clerk and city finance director are each directed t

may be necessary to cedes Pinal County to levy, assess and

The adopted estimates shallconstitute the budgets f the
