The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,was held on December 29, 1981,at the ApacheJunction Council Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Clarke called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL

ADJOURNMENT TO
EXECUTIVE SESSION
)Councilman Hudson MOVED THAT BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PERSONNEL MATTERS.AT 7:03 P.M.
Vice Mayor Hill seconded the motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
RECONVENE
)Mayor Clarke reconvened the meeting
to order at 8:41 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
)Councilman Hudson MOVED THAT BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CTIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 8:44 P.M.

motion.
