EXECUTIVE SESSION
) Vice Mayor Eidson MOVED THAT BE
IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT THE CITY COUNCIL HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR
CONSULTATION WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY ON LEGAL MATTERS.
Councilman Damiano seconded the
motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
Mayor Clarke recessed the Special Meeting and convened into the
Executive Session.
Vice Mayor Eidson seconded the
motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
