Special Meeting of the Apache eating Minutes June 19,2023
Junction City Council
1. 23-3 6 Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No, 23-11 fully
adapting estimates of expenditures the city of Apache Junction for
the Fiscal Year beginning July 1,2023 and ending June 30,2024;
declaring establishment of the budget for the city of Apache Junction
for Fiscal Year 2023-2024, and declaring an emergency.

resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,fully adopting
estimates of expenditures by the City of Apache Junction for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
2023,and ending June 30,2 24;declaring establishment of the budget for the City of Apache
Junction for fiscal year 2023.2 2 and declaring an emergency be approved.

Assistant City Manager Matt Busby reviewed the timeline presentations of the city budget for
the fiscal year 20 3- u 4 as: May t,2023,at the Special meeting, May 15,2023, at the
Special Meeting Council adopted the tentative budget. The budget was then published for 2
weeks as required by law: No changes have been made to the budget since the tentative
approval,
Mayor Wilson asked Council for comments, No comments were made,
Mayor Wilson opened the public hearing, receiving no comments he closed the public hearing.
