CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Rizzi led the Pledge of Allegiance.

manager is seeking ratification of Michael Pooley for appointment to the

position of Chief of Police.
AGENDA ITEMS
2. 22-016 Introductions and swearing in of Michael Pooley as Chief of Police; and
opportunity for comments by mayor, council and Michael Pooley.
Mayor Wilson and City Manager Powell welcomed Michael Pooley to the city.
City Clerk Pena swore in Michael Pooley as the Chief of Police.
Chief Pooley thanked the city council and city management for their support and said he is
looking forward to serving as the chief of police in Apache Junction.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wilson adjourned the meeting at 7:21 p.m.
